BRAND STRATEGY
Our website and brand identity were about five years old, and we had been repeatedly putting a band-aid on rather than fixing the deeper issues with our brand. We knew that in order to prove the value of a brand refresh to our clients, we had to undergo the process ourselves.
Over the last few years, Hoxo has switched tactics. Our products, people, and vision have all changed significantly. While we tried to patch up our brand identity as we went along, it no longer reflected what we had become. Today, we are:
• Well-known in the Recruitment Market: Positioned as leaders in the industry.
• Offering a Different Suite of Services: We now focus on doing less, but better. Transitioning from a marketing and branding agency, we now concentrate on branding — both personal and company.
• Adapted Vision and Mission: We have a clear vision and mission. We still serve the same market but have reshaped our company to offer real value and address our customers’ pain points — many of which we believe other companies cannot adequately fulfill.
Our brand refresh was essential to align our external image with our evolved identity, demonstrating to our clients the importance and impact of a well-executed brand transformation.
